Free means free. Their world begins and continues at $0. Paid plans only widen the window.
Cancel anytime in Settings; future charges stop immediately and the paid period runs out. Their world is never deleted for cancellation or non-payment.
First subscription, 14 days: if you subscribed for the first time within the last 14 days, write to [TBD] and we refund the payment in full — worldwide, not only where the law requires it (UK/EU statutory cooling-off included; by starting paid features immediately you consent to immediate supply as described at checkout).
Renewals: if a renewal charged and you had not used paid features in that period, ask within 14 days and we refund it.
Australia: nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for major failures.
Refunds are processed by Polar (Merchant of Record) to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
